In this guide, I’m going to go over all the info you need on the different patterns in the game, and how you unlock them.

How to Get Every Magikarp Jump Pattern

There are 7 total pattern colors you can get in this game, but you can’t access them all at the beginning. When you start, you only have the old rod and access to 3 patterns.

The higher end patterns are more rare, so you are less likely to get them. The rarer the pattern, the more likely you will get a good bonus and become stronger. You can also get achievements for getting new patterns, which equals more Diamonds.

The higher end rods get unlocked for completing certain Leagues. I’m going to list each pattern color below, and what you need to have a chance to catch them.
