The casualty let police know that a man in a white jokester veil — looking like the substance of Pennywise from the Stephen Ruler film “It” — and a red pullover had taken cash from her.

As police drove towards the scene they spotted and confined a man that matched the portrayal given by the person in question. He was recognized as 22-year-old Joel Hernandez.

Hernandez was found with a rucksack that had proof from the burglary, including the lady’s money, police said.

During their examination, police discovered that Hernandez had purportedly physically attacked an alternate lady in a different occurrence only minutes before the burglary.

The subsequent lady had called 911 and said that she had been physically attacked and grabbed in a supermarket parking garage by a man in a jokester cover and red pullover.

Police reached the second casualty who gave a point by point proclamation and recognized Hernandez as her aggressor, cops said.

The two casualties were in their 50s, KTLA revealed. Hernandez was accused of theft and sexual battery. He was reserved at the High Desert Detainment Center. His bail has been set at $200,000.
